I realize now that I should never have felt cheated dealing with Michael instead of Joe because Michael is a carbon copy of his Dad !

The day of the service Joe and his staff were very attentive without being overbearing. They had everything ready and beautiful the minute we walked in the door. They were always one step ahead of us and removed a huge burden from us on a very difficult day.
